Ciklum is looking for an Account Manager to join our team full-time in Tel Aviv, Israel.

About the role:

As an Account Manager you will be working with top Israeli companies, mostly from the Hi-Tech sector.

Responsibilities

  • Planning and executing strategy for key existing accounts, retaining and growing the account base through cross-selling and up-selling within the client
  • Establishing and building relationships within the client base and in Ciklum, becoming the key champion for the client within the company
  • Personally managing and growing a number of key accounts 
  • Achieving quarterly and annual targets
  • Ability to bring on new leads from time to time

Requirements

  • C- level consultative professional that can deliver value and growth to our client base 
  • Analytical with the ability to build lasting relationships within Mid to Large size companies 
  • Ambitious target-focused individual with a thirst for progression and growth 
  • Technology industry background with experience in Nearshore Outsourcing a plus 
  • A background in Account Management – Coupled with Service Delivery / Software Development / Project Management or Agile – a big plus 
  • Team player with a history of working in a fast-paced dynamic environment 
  • Demonstrable experience in a similar role and company/industry
