Ciklum is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team full-time in Ukraine.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full accounts payable cycle from receipts of invoices to payments, including communication with suppliers to collect invoices and accounting documents, invoices review/validation, matching purchase orders, investigating differences, if any and entering/posting the invoices into accounting system (Microsoft Dynamics NAV)
  • Prepare payment orders batches in accounting system (Microsoft Dynamics NAV)
  • Retain record of all accounts payable documents
  • Perform monthly reconciliations with suppliers
  • Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations
  • Prepare list of monthly financial accruals
  • Ensure all accounts payable related policies and procedures are adhered to
  • Be partner to Head of Accounting Unit to identify and implement process improvements
  • Assist FD team with gathering support for all audits
  • Other activities according to superiors (Head of Accounting Unit, Head of Treasury and controlling, etc.)

Requirements

  • Up-to-date knowledge on current internal and external procedures and regulations, related to accounts payable process
  • Thorough understanding of general accounting
  • Bachelor or University degree
  • English language (Upper Intermediate/Advanced)
  • The ability to handle accounting documents in a foreign language
  • Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Advanced)
  • MS Office (Advanced)
