For a growing department, Ciklum is looking for Service Delivery Assistant to join our strong and professional team. We are looking for a passionate Service Delivery Assistant who will work with and assist our Service Delivery Managers in interfacing with the wider Ciklum organization.
- Administrative support to Service Delivery Manager
- Function as liaison between Service Delivery Managers and Ciklum Administration
- Follow up on Service tickets (Invoicing, Procurement, IT, Administrative Department, Concierge)
- Analytical reports and presentations preparation
- Ad-hoc support for Service Delivery Management
- Knowledge of Jira is an advantage
- Service-minded personality with good interpersonal skills
- Problem solving attitude and attention to detail
- Able to work on several tasks at the same time
- Advanced in English – Both in writing and orally
- Proactive, stress resistant person
