On behalf of LanguageWire, Ciklum is looking for a Business Analyst  to join Kyiv team on full-time basis.


You will be part of LanguageWire Lab, which is responsible for developing and maintaining our online IT-Solutions, like:

  • Project management – Tool to handle our localization projects quickly and flawlessly
  • CRM – Tool to handle our 70.000 customers efficiently
  • Termbase – Tool for handling terms and glossaries
  • Express translation – Deliver small and straightforward translation jobs within 30 minutes
  • Tools for translate online with access to translation memory and termbases/glossaries
  • Proofreading tools


  • 3+ years of experience in a similar position
  • Experience in software usability and user-friendly interfaces
  • Skills in workflows and business processes
  • Analytical mind
  • Ability to structure and systemize informal knowledge
  • Ability to understand clients’ requirements, problems, expectations on business level
  • Diligence and carefulness with details
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Good understanding agile software development processes such as Kanban and Scrum
  • Basic knowledge of modern software development methodologies
