On behalf of LanguageWire, Ciklum is looking for an experienced business analyst, to join the Gdańsk team on a full-time basis.


  • Be a mentor and main source of business knowledge for the team of developers
  • Track ongoing functional and non-functional product requirements and be ready to explain their business context to the team
  • Understand stakeholder requirements and translate them into detailed functional requirements
  • Lead backlog grooming by explaining and, decomposing business ideas.
  • Propose best testing practices of each increment
  • Be a connector between worlds of Business and IT and always share customer point of view


  • 3+ years of experience in a similar position
  • Skills in workflows and business processes
  • Analytical mind
  • Ability to structure and systemize informal knowledge
  • Ability to understand clients’ requirements, problems, expectations on business level
  • Capability to explain business requirement to the team of developers
  • Diligence and carefulness with details
  • Excellent spoken and written English and Polish
  • Basic knowledge of modern software development methodologies


  • Good understanding of Agile methodologies
  • Practical knowledge of UML
  • Experience as a software tester
  • BSc degree or higher in Mathematics, Engineering and/or Computer Science
