Description

Due to our continued success, we are now looking for a passionate, energetic, self-driven Business Development Manager who will be pivotal in driving our business forward across Munich, Germany.

Responsibilities

This is a newly created role and as a Business Development Manager you will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, qualifying and winning clients, to offer the right solutions out of the full spectrum of Ciklum services available.  This will include, but not limited to event participation, seminars, media, public relations activities.

You will be responsible for a number of accounts, across multiple locations within Germany and be accountable for the P/L across your client base.  You will grow and maintain the relationships with the Clients and engage in contractual, financial and business discussions and engage in Pre-sales discussions in partnership with the internal delivery teams.

Whilst you will be the first point of contact for your accounts, you will not be alone!  You will be supported by the Director, the wider Digital Transformation Team and Ciklum will also assist in providing lead generation for the region.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Have previous experience with Account management frameworks, Strategic/Value based selling.
  • Experience in account management and business development.
  • Demonstrate deep technical competence and understanding of software development and adjoined services.
  • Possess excellent communication skills both written, verbal and presentation skills.
  • Be comfortable working in a flexible, fast paced, commercial company.
  • Demonstrate a strong service/client-oriented attitude.
  • Be fluent in German and English, both written and verbal skills.
