Description

Ciklum is looking for a driven and successful Contract manager to join our strong and professional team. You will be responsible to ensure policy, governance and automation of contracting process and decision-making, negotiating new and administering existing contracts.

Responsibilities

  1. POLICY & GOVERNANCE

Contracting Policies & Processes                                                                  

  • Develop, update and obtain approvals from various stakeholders on contracting policies and procedures
  • Publicize, educate and train on contracting policies and procedures

Standard Contractual Forms (MSAs, SOWs, Services catalogues)      

  • Develop, update and obtain approvals from various stakeholders on standard contractual forms
  • Publicize, educate and train on standard contractual forms

Systems & Integration                                                                                      

  • Integrate/update contracts and client profiles with CRM
  • Liaise/integrate with other functions as required for contractual work

Governance                                                                              

  • Develop and update contracts sign-offs and approvals matrix
  • Commercial/business advice & decision making in contracting and customer relations and in an application of rules
  • Implement Controls/Checks/Audits
  • Enforce policies and procedures/Ensure discipline
  1. NEW CUSTOMER CONTRACTS                            

Negotiation and Enforcement of Contacts Policy                                     

  • Decision making on a proper contract form with a client, incl. admissibility of a client’s contract, other non-standard engagements
  • Run commercial negotiations with future/existing clients, respond to RFI/similar requests
  • Enforce company’s client contracting policies: provide approvals/rejections to proposed terms, compromised positions, submit contentious/risk issues to DRB
  • Together with Sales, track the status of negotiations and ensure correct, complete, up-to-date contract version has been signed and held in a repository
  1. EXISTING CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION                                          
  • Analyze & report on key terms of contracts
  • Track & assure key obligations. Together with legal support pre-dispute communications and resolution of conflicts.
  • Track & assure expiry/renewals

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years progressive responsibility with quantifiable results in contract negotiation, administration and/or management
  • Demonstrated negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Strong contract modeling software skills
  • Strong knowledge of automated contract management systems, including Sales Force
  • Ability to meet project objectives within designated constraints
  • Fluent English is a must
