On behalf of Ciklum Support Center, Ciklum is looking for Customer Success Manager to join Dnipro team on full-time basis.
As a part of Ciklum, you will be providing service on behalf of one of our clients for it’s existing customers.
There are a few things our client takes really seriously: building an amazing product and providing the best possible service to their customers. Their customers love the product, and it’s incredibly unique (and fun) to provide support in an environment where the vast majority of interactions are so positive.
- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure their success with the company
- Serve as the main point of contact and liaison between clients and the rest of the company
- Empower customers to connect their goals and challenges with the solution in the company
- Take ownership of new accounts and manage their on-boarding
- Lead online webinars, consultations, and one-on-one demos to educate customers on the features of our product
- Stay in touch with clients to ensure that they’re realizing the full potential of the product
- Prior experience in customer service or account management is a plus
- Fluent in English
- Excellent interpersonal skills and multitasking abilities
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude, empathy, and high energy
- Ability to take initiative and adapt
