Ciklum is looking for a Data Product Manager to join the Data & Analytics practice on a full-time basis.

You will join a highly motivated team, working alongside technology experts that want to make an impact on new business by applying best practices and taking ownership.


  • Lead data solutions and workstreams as part of an integrated delivery team
  • Act without supervision, to advise client stakeholders, shape delivery plans for workstreams and manage their execution
  • Collaborate proactively with business stakeholders, project managers, and teams to reach a common understanding of the solution to address the customer needs
  • Manage expectations of data and program stakeholders
  • Develop business requirements and work with Design, Technical and QA teams on translating to functional requirements and specifications
  • Define the prioritization approach and correspondingly address the clients feedback


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience building/shaping data solutions
  • <7+> years of data consulting experience with direct ownership of outcomes/deliverables
  • IT industry experience, a clear understanding of agile SDLC methods and frameworks scrum, Kanban scaled frameworks as SAFe or Spotify will be a plus
  • Ability to combine creativity, innovation, and analytics without losing sight of the user
  • Experience in collaborating with designers and development teams and the aptitude to motivate cross-functional teams
  • Ability to manage own time and that of team managed, including setting clear goals and priorities
  • Extensive knowledge of business analysis activities and techniques.  Knowledge of requirements management tools (at least JIRA & Confluence)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills to make a critical assessment of the information from numerous sources

  • Self-confidence. Ability to demonstrate gravitas with senior client stakeholders
