Ciklum is looking for a Delivery Portfolio Lead to join our team full-time in USA.

Responsibilities

• Deep engagement across client stakeholder groups (including C Suite and VPs) to achieve agreed outcomes and consultatively identify further opportunities for account growth
• Defining and refining Delivery objectives, to continually improve quality and efficiency. Collaboration with account teams (Delivery and Account Management) to agree effective implementation of delivery methodology  with the appropriate controls and governance
• Data led progress updates to senior client stakeholders and Ciklum’s leadership ensuring blocking issues and ongoing risks are managed and that timelines are achieved
• P&L Accountability across the portfolio, to hit growth and GM targets for the US market. Definition of and adherence to the portfolio budget. Managing and monitoring of gross margin and ongoing earned value analysis
• Day to day management of a high calibre, motivated and professional program leadership team (Ciklum, client staff and suppliers)  across all disciplines including business design, business change, technology and architecture, testing, release and live support
• On-demand consulting/coaching/training for project team members to maintain and manage qualitative performance
•  Be accountable for the Change and Risk management for the portfolio including those managed by other project managers, balancing resources in line with overall delivery criticality. Ensure all solutions and operations adhere to legal guidelines and internal policies

Requirements

• The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, exceptional problem-solving skills, be highly organized and have excellent leadership skills
• You will also show the ability to consult and influence client C-suite to ensure issues are resolved, outcomes are met and expectations aligned. You will actively seek new ways of working and continually improve productivity
• Strong service/client-oriented attitude, Business acumen with a strategic perspective and a track record of owning data informed decisions
• Significant demonstrable experience of delivering complex projects across multiple geographics, managing P&L across multiple accounts, ideally within the Product Engineering and/or IT consulting industry. You must be able to demonstrate growth of your projects / portfolio
• Experience running full stack product engineering teams combining user research and DevOps to create products users love at pace
• Deep agile expertise, experience in scaling programs via SAFe, LeSS, Nexus etc. with consistent evidence of managing scope, meeting critical milestones and managing fixed price work
• Excellent Knowledge of performance evaluation techniques and key metrics
• Experience in conducting training, coaching and mentoring a group of Delivery Managers
• Able to travel 25% – 50% of the time to meet clients and work with offshore delivery teams
