Ciklum is looking for a Delivery Transformation Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. 

The Transformation Manager role requires working collaboratively with a broad group of internal stakeholders to design, execute, and lead multiple projects through organizational change efforts of varying size and complexity. You will sit within the Delivery team, driving its transformation agenda, but will work with teams across business units.
This role will utilize change management principles, processes, and tools to focus on driving financial and operational results for our business, behavioral changes; designing change strategy, assessing stakeholder impacts and organizational readiness, recommending and/or implementing appropriate communication, training, and behavioral change solutions, and measuring effectiveness to enhance organization, group, and individual performance.


  • Lead project teams in support of different project workstreams, and manage overall project activities, plans, and schedules associated with deliverables and milestones in line with the Delivery strategy
  • Lead, guide, and support multiple workstreams leads / consultants through the design and implementation of targeted change strategies including identification of change impacts to people, process, policy, and structure, stakeholder identification and alignment, appropriate communication and feedback loops, success measures, training, organizational readiness, and long-term sustainability
  • Drive day-to-day change management activities while providing the appropriate levels of support and coaching for Ciklum team members
  • Develop project delivery strategy to deliver complex business cases such as Overall People Effectiveness improvement, supply-demand, and M&A sub-projects
  • Lead analysis studies and management systems. Analyze data, evaluate results, and develop recommendations and road maps across multiple workstreams
  • Coach and guide project team members in Ciklum
  • Build and maintain effective partnerships with key functional leaders and project team members
  • Educate and coach project team members, sponsors, and functional leaders on change management principles, tools, and their roles in effective change
  • Recommend appropriate new or revised change management tools and practices


  • Considerable (and practical) experience of direct project managing the delivery of large-scale complex projects and programs – demonstrated by the successful implementation of extensive business change, including new business processes and implementation of significant technical developments
  • An excellent understanding (through practical experience) of the various project activities that need to be undertaken to deliver a business process and systems redesign project. This includes the experience of:
    • Business process re-design
    • Experience in working closely with IT specialists to support technical specifications
    • Understanding the importance of, and complying with, program governance
    • Relevant business knowledge to support effective delivery of Corporate Resources transformation projects (e.g. a good understanding of Sales, Operations, HR, Finance, Recruitment)
    • Proven experience in undertaking or coordinating business and operational readiness activities
    • Excellent influencing and interpersonal skills to support the delivery of significant change projects
    • Ability to communicate in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner, both verbally and in writing, on complex issues, including proficiency with O365 applications
    • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Able to analyze and present complex issues to individuals, small and large groups internally
    • Ability to build strong and effective relationships and networks
    • Creative approach to supporting the Transformation agenda – considering imaginative or less traditional approaches
    • Ability to confidently and constructively challenge current ways of working, behaviors, and attitudes
    • Ability to identify, develop and maintain constructive relationships with both internal and external partners and customers
    • Able to identify potential future priorities for the Transformation team, constantly horizon scanning for opportunities, and bringing fresh ideas and new ways of thinking for the directorate
