Ciklum is looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant to join our team full-time in Islamabad.

About the role:

As a Digital Marketing Assistant, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow. The Digital Marketing Assistant will be a vital member of the Performance Marketing team, reporting directly to the Global Performance Marketing Manager. You will work closely with our Senior PPC Expert and liaise with the Marketing Operations department, as well as the design and content teams. By joining our team you’ll have the opportunity to immerse yourself in diverse projects ranging from website updates to PPC campaigns and gain hands-on experience in all key areas in the world of digital marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Website Content Management: Utilize the HubSpot CMS platform to build and maintain pages of the Ciklum website
  • Marketing Support: Utilize our project management platform to efficiently manage and execute tasks, ensuring the timely and complete delivery of all marketing activities and projects (PPC, website, SEO and social media)
  • A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing across digital assets to optimize performance
  • Analytics: Use online marketing analytics to gather data from web and social media platforms
  • Reporting: Prepare reports and dashboards to provide insights and guide marketing strategies and website optimizations
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform expense tracking, bookkeeping, and maintain the hygiene of marketing databases to ensure the efficient operation of all marketing activities

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • CMS Experience: Strong experience with CMS software, preferably HubSpot
  • Digital Marketing Experience: Minimum of 1 year of digital marketing experience, client or agency side
  • Growth Mindset: Strong desire to learn and grow within the role and beyond
  • Team Player: High level of initiative and ability to work well within a team
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office applications, Google Analytics, Social Media Platform Analytics (Meta, LinkedIn)
  • Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of advanced marketing principles
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines
  • Language Proficiency: Excellent command of the English language
