Ciklum is looking for a Digital Transformation Director to join the team in London on a full-time basis.
Due to our phenomenal success, Ciklum is continuing to grow and we now have a new and exciting opportunity for a dynamic and experienced Digital Transformation Director to join our high performing Sales team. As a Digital Transformation Director, you will be responsible for continuing to grow our footprint for the Ciklum business across the UK.
You will be focused on generating and developing new clients for all of our digital services, with a primary focus on creating C level trusted partnerships, to drive and deliver large scale innovative, digital platforms. Ciklum is already very successful globally within this product space and with this newly created role, intend to accelerate our growth further.
As a Digital Transformation Director, you will be responsible for business development, account management and consulting activities. You will work with some of the biggest companies across the UK to perfect their digital strategies. You will take ownership of consulting services across industries (including Consumer), identifying, prospecting, qualifying and winning clients. Whilst you will be the first point of contact and lead from the front, you will not alone! You will report to the Senior Vice President and be supported by a lead generation team for all sales and marketing activities.
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Have extensive experience consulting services to this target market, preferably from a consultancy company
- Be able to demonstrate a proven track record in your personal sales results and evidence of exceeding targets
- Have experience in leading and directing an account and sales team in complex sales cycles
- Possess excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Be able to interact with C-Level Executives, to convey the value proposition of the Ciklum proposition
- Ideally have a consulting background, or experience within the Software, Recruitment, or Outsourcing business sectors would also be highly desirable
