Ciklum is looking for an ERP Applications / Dynamics NAV Team Lead to join out global team in Kyiv on a full-time basis.

About the role:

Dynamics NAV Team Lead role is to oversee the planning, development, testing, and deployment of MS NAV system for Ciklum’s internal needs. We are committed to providing cutting-edge business solutions to optimize our operations and enhance our competitive advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics NAV in line with the business needs
• Plan and prioritize day-to-day activities to ensure optimal resource utilization and alignment with business objectives
• Lead and mentor a team of developers, support engineers, business analysts and QAs dedicated to support of Dynamics NAV
• Work closely with cross-functional leadership to understand current and future needs for the system
• Train users on system changes and enhancements
• Perform regular system maintenance and upgrades
• Develop policies and procedures related to system use, administration and configuration
• Conduct post-implementation assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of the system

Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience in managing Microsoft Dynamics NAV implementations and development projects
• Previous experience as a NAV developer would be a significant advantage
• Strong project management skills, with experience in full project lifecycle management
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and solve complex business challenges
• Upper intermediate level of English at least
• Microsoft Dynamics NAV certifications are a plus
• Experience in change management and end-user training
