On behalf of Ciklum Digital, we are looking for a  Conversational AI Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis.

Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is a fast growing area of Digital Transformation and the foundations for Intelligent Automation. Ciklum is looking for a Conversational AI Engineer to join our team on a permanent basis to work with our Go-To-Market Team to deliver solutions to clients across the globe.

Responsibilities

• Build, test and continuously optimise new and current journeys delivering a prioritised backlog of improvements
• Responsible for the development life cycle of journeys from building, testing, and monitoring the impact of the changes made
• Making sure that relevant compliance, conduct, control and risk policies are followed
• Using large data sets in order to find opportunities and analyse the impact of changes that have been made
• Improving the accuracy of a Virtual Agents by optimising ground truths, intents and entities

Requirements

• Develop, Debug and Deploy conversational Virtual Agent experiences using LivePerson platform
• AI and Natural Language Processing technologies such as Google Dialogflow, LivePerson, Humley IBM Watson and/or Salesforce Einstein
• JavaScript or HTML, CSS knowledge
• AI and machine learning algorithms
• Cloud based platforms
• Agile development methodologies, tooling etc. e.g. scrum, Jira & confluence
• Educated to degree level in a software development related subject
• Strong emphasis on quality assurance
• Excellent time management, problem solving, teamwork, and communication skills
• Creative mind with a capacity to deliver in a fast-paced environment
• Coaching and developing junior team members
