Ciklum is looking for a Fast Growth Director to join the Berlin team.
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Fast Growth Director that is motivated and experienced to establish and grow our business, building our footprint within the scaling start-up ecosystem in Berlin, establishing Ciklum as their trusted digital partner.
Your focus will be on developing and activating the necessary strategies and go-to-market activities in order to generate and develop new clients for our services, leading our accelerated growth plans in Berlin.
You will lead a high performing team in Berlin, and will be supported by our in-house lead generation and marketing teams.
- Developing the strategy and supporting go-to-market plans for how Ciklum will generate new business opportunities in order to continue to fuel the Ciklum Growth in the region, with a particular focus on the scaling start-up community
- Identifying and developing new and existing account relationships at a C-level, with clients and wider complementary networks and organisations
- Creating, prioritising and managing strategic target account lists within your region
- Achieving quarterly KPIs and metrics
- Managing the performance of direct reports, leading to the creation of a high performing team
- Evangelizing Ciklum and building our brand through the development of market participation and attendance at events and seminars
- An established network and influence in the scaling startup ecosystem, VCs and other enabling organisations in Berlin
- An understanding of technology stack development and agile delivery methodologies, and the market for these services within the startup community
- Strong commercial record with at least 10 years of sales experience with a proven track record in own personal sales results and exceeding targets
- Ability to quickly build relationships and navigate the internal structure of Ciklum, in order to bring together the most relevant team in order to meet the clients’ needs
- Ability to lead and direct an account and sales team in a complex sales cycle
- Excellent presentation skills, both verbally and written
- Ability to create a financial business case and present ROI back to customers and prospects
- Ability to own and manage the P&L
- Experienced in working in a dynamic, fast paced often times stressful and highly rewarding sales environment
- Strong leadership capability, with proven track record of leading high performing teams
