Ciklum is looking for a Field Marketing Manager to join our team full-time in the UK.

About the role:

As a Field Marketing Manager, you will be a core part of our global marketing team, working alongside content and market research, and reporting into the Global Head of Marketing. The role is full-time and based in London, (circa 2 days a week is required in the office) with travel involved for key events.

  • Take ownership of the field marketing execution plans globally
  • Plan, manage, and execute events, including executive dinners, webinars, account-based marketing activities, email campaigns, and third-party events. This includes in-person and virtual events
  • Work closely with content marketing, sales, digital marketing and other teams to ensure our offerings are well-positioned and promoted in our core regions
  • Build awareness and ensure consistency of the brand in all external facing communication
  • Represent all marketing functions in the region, and globally. Closely coordinate with regional sales leads, MDs and VPs where applicable for these events
  • Execute campaign activity in HubSpot across our core verticals and micro- verticals
  • Manage the field marketing budget globally, track activity results, and return on investment
  • Liaise with our agency ecosystem and in-house digital marketing manager on content creation and plans
  • Lead on all social paid media activity globally
  • Manage pipeline achievement to meet quarterly goals/targets and provide regular reports
  • Review quarterly plans with regional sales leaders based on current performance stats and pipeline assessment
  • Support on-boarding and go-to-market planning with new channel partners
  • Will be responsible for the global events calendar – this includes helping source the events we should be attending, managing logistics with 3rd party vendors, as well as being in charge of all coordination and communication


  • Minimum of 6 years field marketing experience
  • Demonstrable success in the planning and execution of pipeline building programs
  • Experience with Salesforce and marketing automation solutions, such as HubSpot, is a must
  • Successfully used sales and marketing systems, programs, and analytics to monitor and measure results
  • Hands-on, team player with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience managing direct reports (team of 2 minimum) is a plus, but not required
