Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager

Ciklum is looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to join our team full-time in Kyiv.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting & Budgeting: participation in preparation of annual budgets and regular rolling forecasts, work side-by-side with Senior team to coordinate the process; scenario planning; variances reporting
• Teaming up with the Senior team to develop and model the company’s medium to the long-term financial and strategic plans
• Monthly reporting: participation in month closing procedures, support and coordination of the data streams
• Internal controls: maintain, develop and manage internal controls system
• Analytics: identifying areas to improve business efficiencies and reduce costs; perform ad-hoc financial estimations, reporting and analysis to support decision-making
• BI: oversee the build and maintenance of interactive dashboards for financial data visualization and analysis

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Corporate Finance/FP&A, preferably in an international IT company
• Experience working as an Auditor/Consultant in Big 4 is a must
• Master degree in Finance/Economics or similar; ACCA qualification is a plus
• Strong level of English to be able solid findings delivery
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient user of MS Excel
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, under pressure of deadlines in a dynamic environment
• Solid planning, organizational and project management skills with the ability to multi-task and assimilate new information quickly
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to details
