Ciklum is looking for a Forecasting & Consolidation Lead to join our team full-time in India.

Responsibilities
- Preparation of Corporate guidelines & timelines for Budgets/Forecast
- Publish P&L (Post publishing Actuals for the month) – to CXO (vs fact and vs budgets)
- Consolidate and publish consolidated view of Forecast (Upto EBITDA, DSO, Operating metrics, KPIs) to CXO
- Business Partner role for all Support functions (like Finance, HR, IT, Admin CXO office, Legal etc)
- Budgetary Control over SGA / Investment spends, Work on projects to improve Corporate SGA spends
- Work closely with Analytics team for any specific reports needed from time to time
- Review of key provisions at corporate level and provide decision points for CXO based on performance metrics
- Conduct Consolidated review with CXO with specific focus on Board commitments
- Work closely on Standard costing and Automation projects (for Forecasting) with the IT and Automation teams
- Publish Actuals and Forecast to Board review (if needed) – including KPIs
Requirements
- MBA or CPA or equivalent degree with 10-15 years of experience in handling Corporate FPA role, consolidation and reporting
- Good interpersonal skills, advanced analytical skills
- Well versed in working in high pressure environment and connecting with CXO
- A team leader, working across borders & cross functional, driving performance
- Macro based Worksheets
- Developing and building Budgeting tools
- Analytics tools such as Tableau / Power BI
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
