Description

On behalf of Seeking Alpha, Ciklum is looking for Front End Team Leader (React JS) to join Kyiv team on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and deliver progressive web application (React.js, Node.js)
  • Participate in design and planning discussions, contribute architecture ideas
  • Make code review sessions, participate in the mentoring process
  • Write highly scalable, reusable and testable code
  • Optimize application for maximum speed and performance
  • Collaborate and manage other team members

Requirements

  • 5+ years of front end development experience in building complex and scalable high load websites (JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3)
  • 1+ years of management experience
  • Proficiency in ES6 and newer specifications of EcmaScript
  • Strong experience in React ecosystem
  • Experience with UI test frameworks (unit tests)
  • Knowledge of Agile principles, open-source ecosystem, Test Driven Development (TDD)
  • Knowledge and understanding of server-side and client-side architectures best practices, a good understanding of the HTTP protocol and networking
  • Comfortable with source version control software (Git)

Desirable

  • Experience with Node.js development
  • Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks
  • Experience working in a UNIX environment
  • Having Github portfolio or link to open source work
