Ciklum is looking for Global Total Rewards Expert to join our team on a full-time basis.

We are looking for a person with proven experience in Compensation and Benefits to drive business process excellence of the Ciklumers reward and benefit programs in all locations we operate.

Responsibilities

• Ensure in-depth and transparent analyses of compensation market data, trends and economic indicators
• Build salary ranges settings for all locations we operate
• Participate in developing of compensation approaches for global mobility programs
• Contribute to the development of bonus plans
• Manage different compensation projects
• Contribute to developing of Global Total Reward strategy, implement respective policies and procedures
• Effectively communicate Total Rewards policies and procedures to all stakeholders

Requirements

• 3 years+ of experience as a Compensation & Benefits Specialist
• Advanced PC user (Advanced MS Excel and Google Sheets, any HR Admin system / HRIS, PowerPoint)
• Upper-Intermediate level of English with high written/verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience in a global work environment – an advantage
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced environment
• Education – university degree in Finance or Human Resources
• Experience with international markets would be an advantage
