Ciklum is looking for an HR Administration Intern to join our HR team in Poland.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the HR team with relocation forms, helping candidates with documents, etc
- Sending the documentation to Payroll Provider
- Helping and advising within sending documents to the employees/candidates
- Assisting employees/candidates with pre-employment medical tests
- Managing the benefit platform
- Signing all the required documents on paper with employees
- Solving simple tasks in Jira, Navision, Panaceus (PPK)
- Provide assistance with admin-related tasks
Requirements
- A graduate student, preferably pursuing Law or Administration degree
- You are a strong communicator
- At least upper-intermediate level of English
- Energetic person with a “can do” attitude
- Eager to learn
