HR Administrator

Description

Ciklum is looking for a HR Administrator to join our team full-time in Kyiv, Ukraine.

Responsibilities

• Feed in data on employees starts, exits, transfers in HRIS
• First-line support of HR requests in ticketing system
• Documents administration (drafting, signing, scanning etc.)
• Maintain compensation data in HRMS, ensure timely update and correctness
• Support HR reporting requests – regular and ad-hoc
• Communicate with employees on their day-to-day queries
• Execute other tasks assigned by line manager
• Support military service

Requirements

• at least 1 years of related work experience
• advanced PC user (MS Office with emphasis on Excel, google-docs, HRIS)
• takes ownership over related work areas
• attentive to details
• pro-active
• excellent communication skills
• team player
• fast in troubleshooting and escalation
• upper-intermediate English
