Ciklum is looking for a IT Support Intern to join the team on a full-time basis.
IT Support Intern is the person who provides the first-line technical support of all Ciklum employees. He or she is responsible for providing the basic IT services of high quality. This role involves performing day-to-day support tasks and resolving any equipment failure issues.
Responsibilities
Primary job duties and responsibilities of a IT Support Intern are as follows:
- Service Desk System tickets management
- Daily users support of hardware/software issues
- Performing hardware/software inventories and keeping this information actual
- IT Stock management
- Cooperate and communicate with other IT Support Engineers to find the best way to fix problems
- Study technical documentation, rules, policies of the IT Department
- Transfer non-standard tasks to IT Support Engineers
Requirements
Minimum skills required for IT Support Intern position in ITD are as follows:
- Knowledge of Windows 7-10, Mac OS X, Linux Ubuntu, MS Office 2007-2019, MS Office 365
- Knowledge of Google Apps, Active Directory, GPO
- Understanding of ITIL principles, good communication skills
- English – intermediate
- High level of communication is a must
- Calm, responsible, initiative, self-organized, eager to learn
