Ciklum is looking for a JavaScript Principal Lead to join our team full-time in Pakistan.

About the role:

As a JavaScript Principal Lead, become a part of a cross-functional development team working for Our Client.

This role will lead a team of 40+ market-leading specialists.
The perfect candidate would be a proactive and high-performance leader with proven managerial experience, able to deliver to challenging deadlines in a fast-paced environment, with experience in building world-class data solutions and products to service multiple clients across varied industries.

Responsibilities

• Take an active part in the implementation of technical strategy for JavaScript unit and drive continuous innovation culture within the team
• Provide expert technical advice and guidance on JavaScript-related matters to internal and external clients, bearing on the successful use of complex products and services
• Lead the team of engaged talents, ensure high performance and continuous development in compliance with Ciklum processes (e.g. workforce planning, hiring, onboarding, performance management, evaluation, retention, etc); support timely internal rotation and bench management
• Participate in projects and deliver high-end data solutions as a leading expert
• Ensure results of the JavaScript team are communicated internally and recognized in the global arena
• Support the Sales Team and help customers clarify their requirements, contribute to preparing and supporting bids and sales proposals
• Ensure JavaScript solutions/products are embedded into all Ciklum Digital offerings
• Drive educational and knowledge sharing events
• Ensure team organizational effectiveness e.g. via maintaining a healthy seniority mix

Requirements

• 7+ years in Engineering or Technology roles
• 3+ years of hands-on technical management experience
• In-depth Knowledge of TypeScript or TypeScript decorators is mandatory
• E2E test Writing is mandatory
• Vue2 with vue-property-decorator mandatory 
• Vue3 or Composition API or Optional API one of them is mandatory
• Good Communications skill in writing and Verbally is mandatory
• Designing with CSS3 is mandatory
• Git Knowledge and how to resolve merge conflicts mandatory
• Storybook writing knowledge is Big plus
• Bitbucket pipeline(Debugging), JIRA Knowledge, Sonar Cloud, Custom Web components Just have knowledge or Idea (Good to have)
