Ciklum is looking for a Middle Manual QA  to join our team full-time in Ukraine.

About the role:

As a Middle Manual QA, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow.

The Client is a global leader in the online comparison market. Their mission is to simplify decision-making and match customers with valuable brands. Their Fintech Business Unit focuses on the lending, mortgage, consumer finance and insurance verticals, working closely with market leaders to send high-value customers at scale. 

Responsibilities

  • Write and execute test plans under varying circumstances
  • Track defects and help troubleshoot errors
  • Maintain or add automation tests to validate all users’ funnels, data integrity, system performance, and alerts on broken flows
  • Work closely with development teams, product and business colleagues
  • Create dashboards to provide transparency on the production state, use tools to identify issues, and lead their investigation
  • Use data to learn about our users behavior, patterns, most/least used features, etc., and make data-driven decisions

Requirements

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in testing web systems
  • Experience with monitoring tools
  • Experience with automation projects and automation tools
  • Understanding of agile/scrum methodology
  • Being able to work independently and make proactive decisions and projects
  • Demonstrating creative and analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English – a must
  • Basic knowledge of JS (or other programming languages) – an advantage
  • Testim.io knowledge – an advantage
