About the role:
As a Middle Product Designer, become a part of a cross-functional development team working for the Natural Intelligence.
We are looking for a passionate and creative Product Designer to join our Growth Team and take part in inventing, researching, building, and optimizing our exciting comparison sites and their ecosystem.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for the research, UX, UI, and testing of our acquisition funnels
- Elevate our product design by having a deep understanding of our users
- Turning quantitative data and user testing into a high-converting user experience and design solutions
- Present and justify your work and designs to a variety of stakeholders by using prototyping tools, mock-ups, animations, and more
- Work closely with content writers, product managers, R&D, business, and marketing experts to drive exceptional results
Requirements
- Minimum two years of professional experience in designing for mobile and desktop
- Proficient in Figma (including prototyping) and Adobe Creative Suite – a must
- Background in UI and UX research – a significant advantage
- Ability to take a lead approach – initiate ideas, work independently, and manage your time efficiently
- Previous experience working with design systems and component libraries
- Strong point-of-view when it comes to design, and you are comfortable challenging personal opinions
- Experience in coordinating design processes with product managers, engineers, researchers, and content strategists to oversee the user experience of a product from conception until launch
- Eager to learn new skills and expand your knowledge
