Ciklum is looking for a driven and successful Office/Event Support Manager to join our team in Vinnytsia and be part of Administrative and Facility management global team.
It is a position for young, energetic, self-organized and highly motivated talents who would like to develop their career in a big international IT company.
- Upkeep and maintain suitable conditions of the office to work in;
- Communicate with the Landlord and third party facility services;
- Make sure office stock is sufficient;
- Work with Service Desk system, process office support requests;
- Support events organization;
- Organize refurbishments, renovations and office moves.
- Education – bachelor or higher;
- Experience with supporting Office daily routine is a plus;
- Advanced computer user (Microsoft Office package, additional software is a plus);
- English – Upper Intermediate;
- Client-oriented attitude;
- Calm, self-organized, responsible, initiative;
- Positive attitude.
