Description

On behalf of Ciklum, we are looking for an Operational Transformation Manager to join the Kyiv team on a full-time basis.

This is a unique opportunity for a candidate looking to be a part of a growing business in the software engineering industry that is constantly pushing boundaries in the digital space.

Ciklum Digital Operational Transformation Manager oversees projects focused on integration, processes creation/supporting and functions’ alignment within division and across Ciklum, as well as ensures timely and successful execution of transformation projects within area of responsibility, and drives the highest quality of operations flow within Ciklum Digital.

The perfect candidate would be an outstanding communicator with experience in managing integration / large scale transformations, hard-working and result-oriented professional.

Responsibilities

  • Integration of our Global Operations including Pakistan into Ciklum Digital
  • Assist Resourcing team and ensure we have the right talent in the right time in the right place
  • Ensure that Ciklum Digital team is reviewing performance against the right metrics in appropriate timeline
  • Develop a strategic view of our Ciklum Digital location strategy

More details:

  1. Lead integration of the offshore development team (Pakistan) into Ciklum Digital development process and ensure business continuity after the integration.
  • Deliver phase 1 of the integration to a timeline and complete further integration
  • Ensure that controls are identified and operationalized to allow qualitative measurement of integration progress and results
  • Create integration roadmap, which includes organizational, talent and engineering processes
  • Ensure that integrated PK business is a part of Ciklum Digital Solutions and all financial KPIs and metrics are reported and tracked as a whole
  • Engage relevant parties to ensure best quality of integration and alignment; maintain effective relationships with applicable project stakeholders
  • Communicate progress, stoppers and results on a weekly basis to project stakeholders
  • Ensure project documentation is accurate and project is completed on time and within scope
  • Analyze project outcomes and make appropriate recommendations to improve outcomes/processes moving forward
  1. Support Resourcing team and ensure we have.  As a lead representative from Ciklum Digital, support resourcing and recruitment processes to enable quicker hiring and project placement of talents who meet business requirements within 6 months after entering the role.
  • Identify project scope, effort and dependencies required to meet the objective
  • Ensure that business requirements measures are identified and operationalized to allow qualitative measurement of project deliverables. Success criteria list (not exhaustive):
  • Update vacancy opening procedure, which will ensure placing internal talent before initiating external search
  • Job site, vacancies posting, external communications etc. reflect up-to-date information about Ciklum Digital
  • Recruitment team is educated about Ciklum Digital strategy, priorities, structure and requirements to the candidates
  • Interviewing process and methods of professional expertise evaluation from Ciklum Digital side is standardized, communicated and implemented across whole Ciklum Digital
  • Average range penetration for new hires doesn’t exceed sanity benchmark, provided by C&B
  • Ensure accurate tracking of measurable project deliverables
  • Engage relevant parties to ensure recruitment processes improvement and maintain effective relationships with applicable project stakeholders
  • Communicate progress, stoppers and results on a weekly basis to project stakeholders
  • Ensure project documentation is accurate and project is completed on time and within scope
  • Analyze project outcomes and make appropriate recommendations to improve outcomes/processes moving forward.
  1. Oversee, manage and motivate Operations Support team in Ciklum Digital, focusing on weekly and monthly business cycle closure (time tracking and reporting, invoicing).

Requirements

  • Proven experience in leading global integration projects / transformations
  • Ability to evaluate current processes and implement global best practice improvements to ensure organizational alignment and seamless delivery
  • Experience in determining the right performance metrics for the business, creating different kinds of Management Reporting (benchmarks, metrics, dashboards, etc.)
  • Ability to operate at pace
  • Experience in establishing and leading successful large scale projects and programs across an enterprise utilizing both offshore resources and internal staff.
  • Experience in building high performing teams by promoting values, ideas and achieving consensus as well as coaching and mentoring skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication including superior presentation skills and proven ability to work effectively at all organizational levels.
