Description

Ciklum is looking for IT PMO Analyst to join the Kyiv team on a full-time basis.
The purpose of the role will be to manage the day-to-day running of the PMO including administration, reporting, governance, control and project audit.

Responsibilities

  • Primary point of contact/correspondence and action for the IT PMO
  • Maintenance and administration of the PPM tool
  • Provision of insight into project health and status through deliverable tracking and audit
  • Secretariat for project team governance boards, including but not limited to;
    – Support development and assurance of stakeholder materials for all governance committees
    – Taking minutes
    – Ensuring actions are progressed
  • Support the programme/portfolio in its execution, including but not limited to;
    – Measurement of progress and trends through high quality analysis to provide insight to the programme, project or portfolio management team
    – Identification of governance control issues
    – Identification of portfolio risks and issues
    – Assurance of project and and programme plans, progress reporting, budget controls, risk and issue management, resource allocation and usage, change management, dependency management
  • Active member of the Project Management Centre of Excellence Practice Group
