Ciklum is looking for a Product Operations Specialist to join our team full-time in Ukraine.

About the role:

As a Product Operations Specialist, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow. You’ll be working with a global leader in the online comparison market to simplify decision- making and connect customers with valuable brands. The technology helps millions of consumers around the world make smarter, more confident buying decisions by creating trusted comparison websites that enable consumers to easily compare products and services online and form high-value relationships with the brands they choose. 

We are seeking a highly-motivated team player to join our Product Operations team which is responsible for the company’s websites management and maintenance based on CMS & Rules platform.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain our company’s sites using various platforms
  • Upload, edit, and change content & visual elements
  • Create and maintain user segments and A/B tests on our sites
  • Work in an agile team and environment
  • Change and update sites by implementing visual elements

Requirements

  • Fluent English both spoken and written
  • 0.5+ years of relevant work experience
  • Ability to work in fast-paced & dynamic working environment

Desirable

  • Experience working with Jira and Monday.com
  • Experience working in a team
  • Experience in project management

Personal skills

  • A well-organized and detail-oriented person with good communication skills, who is ready to become a great team player
