- Front Desk Receptionist responsible for answering phones, greeting visitors,
- Provide a high level of service to both internal and external clients, coordinates conference room schedules. May also assist with other administrative tasks as time allows
- Data entry, filing and other small tasks as requested
- 2+ years of proven work experience in office administration
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- English: upper-intermediate.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, self-disciplined and result-oriented
- Strong attention to details and accuracy
- Be dependable and possess strong customer service, collaboration and time management skills
