Description

Ciklum is looking for a Recruitment Manager to join Kyiv team on a full-time basis.

 

Job Summary: to provide customer recruitment service to all assigned clients (Ciklum departments / external accounts) and to manage the team of recruiters efficiently achieving recruitment targets.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as Recruitment team face / representative in front of the external clients, partners, stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with all clients and stakeholders
  • Identify Client requirements, expectations and needs in recruitment
  • Collect data, deliver analysis and reports to clients for the improvements’ introduction and/or problem resolution
  • Collaborate with and facilitate stakeholders’ groups as part of formal or informal agreements
  • Build and implement recruitment and marketing strategy on the vacancies for big accounts and/or for any other upon own discretion and when the situation requires, managing the budget and expenses including referral program and events organization
  • Provide advice / guidance expertise to promote adoption of the recruitment process and adherence to policies and standards with clients and all stakeholders
  • Manage the team of direct reports in efficient and smart way keeping solid level of productivity and achieving recruitment targets
  • Hire, motivate, coach and develop the team of direct reports in accordance with corporate standards, setting up SMART objectives and measuring the performance progress, building the improvement plan, if needed, and setting up promotional opportunities / assignments where relevant and applicable
  • Ensure correct and efficient work load distribution / vacancies allocation to every team member in accordance with everyone’s capacity and capabilities, load and targets
  • Participate in the Global Recruitment department initiatives / projects on the change management, improvements, new processes introduction
  • Promote company / recruitment marketing events in general and be the point of contact on such questions related to team’s vacancies or department initiatives

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in recruitment
  • 3+ years in people management
  • Previous experience within international and high paced environment
  • IT knowledge is an advantage but not a must
  • Upper-intermediate level of English
