Ciklum is looking for a Recruitment Manager to join our team full-time in Poland.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with all clients and stakeholders
  • Identify Client requirements, expectations and needs in recruitment
  • Collect data, deliver analysis and reports to clients for the improvements’ introduction and/or problem resolution
  • Closely collaborate with key internal stakeholders: GM, delivery management, people partners, account managers / GTM & other colleagues
  • Closely collaborate with Employer Branding function to develop & implement effective marketing strategy for Ciklum in Poland. Lead & oversee local hiring activities / promo / events
  • Provide advice / guidance expertise to promote adoption of the recruitment process and adherence to policies and standards with clients and all stakeholders
  • Lead Poland recruitment team focusing on high engagement / job satisfaction level & productivity
  • Hire, motivate, coach, and empower team members
  • Implementing & maintaining account management framework to ensure strong sense of ownership / business understanding
  • Manage the team in accordance with corporate standards, setting up SMART objectives and measuring the performance progress, building the improvement plan, if needed, and setting up promotional opportunities / assignments where relevant and applicable
  • Ensure correct and efficient work load distribution / vacancies allocation to every team member in accordance with everyone’s capacity and capabilities, load and targets
  • Participate in the Global Recruitment department initiatives / projects on the change management, improvements, new processes introduction

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in recruitment
  • 3+ years of people leadership experience
  • Previous experience within international and high paced environment
  • Extensive experience in IT tech / engineering roles recruitment, good understanding of IT market landscape
  • Fluent English
  • Good sense of humour)
