Ciklum is looking for a Recruitment Operation Specialist to join our team full-time in India.

Responsibilities

• Adding candidate data to the HR Database
• Managing the GDPR consent
• Working with Internal Employee referral program
• Cooperating with agencies
• Working with Internal HR system in terms of vacancy opening process and related tasks
• Publishing job advertisement on Ciklum career site and Job boards
• Management of job advertisements, including accuracy, verifying posting validity and expiration dates across all job boards, job slots utilization

Requirements

• You have at least 1 year of experience in a similar position
• You have good knowledge of written and spoken English
• You are self-driven and proactive person
• You are passionate about working with people and analytics
• PC advanced user (MS Office, GoogleDocs), Internet
