Recruitment Sourcing Consultant for Ciklum

Description

Ciklum is looking for a Recruitment Sourcing Consultant to provide top-notch sourcing services and consultancy within an IT area in our newly-opened Bulgarian Delivery Center. Ciklum has over 4000 highly skilled engineers based in delivery centres located in the UK, Ukraine, Spain, Poland, Czech Republic, LATAM, Pakistan and India. We also have local consulting, technology and delivery capabilities in our offices across Europe, Asia and the US. We welcome a self-driven person, who is able to manage own time and priorities and work in a multitasking mode, excellent communicator with good presentation skills and positive and result- oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Search and engage both passive and active talent for assigned pool of vacancies
• Use market expertise, data, and business acumen to develop and implement effective candidate sourcing strategies
• Combine and activate various technical tools and sources depending on search specifics
• Perform screening interviews to assess preliminary technical skill sets with suggested action items on how to progress the candidate forward
• Build and maintain network of potential candidates in terms of current and future hiring needs through on-going relationship management

Requirements

• Higher degree (technical OR IT is a plus)
• At least 6 months of experience in recruitment / HR / market research or sales
• Passion for technology and innovation
• Strong communicator, ability to influence others
