Sales Operations Manager for Ciklum

Ciklum is looking for a UK Sales Operations Manager to join the Team here in London. You will be a core part of the Team, working alongside the Head of Sales Operations and Enablement, and partnering with the UK leadership to drive action against their operational roadmap. You will be a data driven and analytical individual, well versed in mechanism and levers which can be deployed to grow revenue, improve GM, improve demand forecasting, and more.


  •  Support the Head of Department with sales focused projects and initiatives that drive sales performance in the UK region
  •  Act as a Change Agent for projects and programmes to drive effective communication at all levels
  •  Support the deployment and adoption of governance frameworks (Account Management, Pipeline cadences, Deal Reviews) for the the UK Go to Market Team
  •  Work with other regional teams to share best practises and facilitate cross-regional learning
  •  Create and develop sales reports (adhoc and according to cadences) and dashboards, as required
  •  Support the continued development of Salesforce consistently building alignment between system and business processes
  •  Work closely with our interfacing departments to build trusted relationships


  •  Problem solving mind-set with an ability to find solutions to any challenge
  •  Experience working in a fast-paced Sales environment with varying pressures and deadlines
  •  Excellent project management skills
  •  Excellent communication skills at all levels
  •  Strong analytical and data analysis skills
  •  Advanced level Excel/Google Sheets
  •  Advanced level Powerpoint/Slides
  •  Effective time management, organization, and planning skills
  •  3+ years of experience using Enterprise CRM systems such as Dynamics or Salesforce
