Description

On behalf of Rockwool, Ciklum is looking for a SAP WM Consultant (Warehouse Management) to join the Wroclaw team on a full-time basis.

 

The Digital Supply Chain department within the Applications & Web Development competence centre in DIGITAL is looking for a suitable candidate to join our team. The candidate will be part of a dynamic team focused on delivering high quality projects and solutions, as well as providing day to day support, to the ROCKWOOL Group.

The preferred location is in our Wroclaw (Poland) office.

Responsibilities

  • Provide functional guidance to ensure IT solution integrity; ensure documentation is updated (functional and technical specifications)
  • Manage small to medium-sized projects within area of expertise. Ability to establish project priorities and deadlines.
  • Promote and maintain a flexible, cooperative, team oriented, customer focused attitude within and between departments.
  • Translating business needs into clear requirements that will enable the design of flexible solutions to enable business strategies
  • Provide insight and support to business activities to solve daily business problems by using existing tools and systems.
  • Help deliver savings and benefits to the Group by looking for improvements to business processes that can be realized
  • Proactively identify functional enhancements to add value to business by analyzing business processes and systems, identifying inefficiencies and documenting business processes and procedures
  • Analyze business requirements through fit/gap analysis and coordinate/prioritize solution gaps with business process owners and secure change management
  • Promote and maintain a flexible, cooperative, team oriented, customer focused attitude within and between departments.
  • Ensure that daily operational support of Digital services meet service level agreements (SLAs) with the OPCOs.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT or relevant business areas
  • At least 5 years’ functional experience in SAP, preferably in a global system involving multiple countries, focused on WM/TRM
  • At least 2 full lifecycle SAP implementations – ability to consistently meet delivery, cost and time targets while maintaining quality of work
  • Strong functional and technical hands-on configuration experience in WM/TRM and cross module integration with PP/MM/LES for end-to-end business processes
  • Experience with Paperless Warehouse service (Infrastructure, Network and WIFI for radio frequency) is highly desirable
  • Proven experience in translating business requirements into SAP solutions and working with the business in understanding and delivering business process improvements
  • Ability to manage expectations and prioritise work based on business criticality and impact
  • Ability to consistently meet agreed SLA while maintaining a high quality of work
  • Good communication and people skills – experience dealing with users from various nationalities will be an advantage
  • Experience working with international and remote teams providing operational support and delivering projects will be a definite advantage
