Senior DevOps/IAM Engineer

Ciklum is looking for a Senior DevOps/IAM Engineer to join our team full-time in Ukraine.

About the role:

As a Senior DevOps/IAM Engineer, become a part of a cross-functional development team working for TUI. You will be responsible for delivering new/improved functionalities and assisting with daily operational tasks within IAM on platforms such as Active Directory, Azure AD, AWS, GCP, etc. You’ll collaborate with teams like Development, Architecture, Security, Engineering, and Operations, ensuring compliance and driving IAM security improvements and automation. You’ll be involved in IAM programs like SSO federation, Identity Governance and Administration, Privileged Access Management, etc.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage identity directory providers, identity services, and cloud federation
• Identify, analyse, resolve system design weaknesses, and troubleshoot issues related to identities, systems, access, accounts, authentication, etc
• Maintain and monitor IAM systems, implement KPIs for Access Management Service
• Design reusable strategies, components and frameworks for IAM services
• Provide level 2 and 3 support for clients, coordinate with technology vendors
• Produce IAM technical documentation
• Support business development, project and developer teams
• Implement technologies to integrate identity systems, streamline customer experiences, implement access controls, maintain roles, manage access, permissions and automate solutions
• Troubleshoot/manage issues, implement/maintain technologies for audit/privacy compliance, participate in IAM strategy definition/evolution, conduct IAM assessments, identify gaps, contribute to long-term projects, and coach others on best practices

Tools:

• Cloud platforms (Azure – must, AWS -desirable)
• Operating systems: Linux, Windows
• Profound security and IAM knowledge within cloud and system solutions (AD, LDAP)
• Powershell, Java, C#, C/C++, others. – desirable
• Experience in IAM solutions such as CyberArk, Oracle, ForgeRock, Radius, RSA, PKI, SailPoint, Thycotic, BeyondTrust, Ping Identity

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Security, IAM, Infrastructure or DevOps engineer
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Azure AD, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 and IAM technologies (SSO, 2FA, Conditional Access, PAM)
• Deliver new/improved functionalities and assist with daily operational tasks in IAM
• Ensure IAM components are compliant and collaborate with the audit and compliance team
• Engage with teams to come up with optimised IAM solutions
• Provide level 2/3 support for clients and coordinate with technology vendors
• Participate in IAM strategy definition and evolution, and conduct IAM assessments
• Experience with IAM technology, such as SSO, two-factor authentication, privileged access management, etc
• Experience with O365,  Windows, Linux, scripting, LDAP, SQL, and web services
• Good interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, information security, computer science, or a related field

Desirable

• Experience with AWS and AWS security capabilities
• Experience with Powershell, Java, C#, C/C++, others
• Experience in IAM solutions such as CyberArk, Oracle, ForgeRock, Radius, RSA, PKI, SailPoint, Thycotic, BeyondTrust, Ping Identity
