About the role:
As a Sourcing Consultant, become a part of a cross-functional development team working for Ciklum.
Responsibilities
- Candidate Sourcing: Conduct proactive searches for potential candidates using online databases, social media platforms, professional networks, job boards, and other relevant resources.
- Candidate Engagement: Initiating contact with prospective candidates and engaging in initial conversations to assess their interests, qualifications, and fit for the job. This involves conducting phone screens, email correspondence, and messaging through social platforms.
- Talent Pipelining: Building and maintaining a talent pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings. This involves continuously networking, building relationships, and keeping in touch with potential candidates, even if they are not immediately suitable for a specific role.
- Screening and Assessment: Reviewing resumes, applications, and other candidate information to assess their qualifications and suitability for specific positions. Conduct initial screenings and assessments to determine if candidates meet the requirements and criteria.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Collaborating with hiring managers and recruiters to understand their specific talent requirements and develop sourcing strategies tailored to each position. This involves gathering insights on job requirements, qualifications, and candidate profiles to effectively target the desired talent pool.
- Market Research: Staying updated on industry trends, salary ranges, and market conditions to provide insights on competitive hiring landscapes. Conducting market research to identify potential talent pools and niche platforms to target for sourcing efforts.
- Candidate Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment, providing timely updates, and addressing their questions or concerns. This includes managing candidate databases and maintaining accurate records of interactions and progress.
- Reporting and Metrics: Tracking and analyzing sourcing metrics and performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies. Generating reports and providing data-driven insights to hiring managers and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position in an IT company
- Passion for technology and innovation
- Passion for sourcing and want to develop in this sphere
- Strong communicator, ability to influence others

- Ability to multitask
- Stress resistance
- At least upper intermediate English
