Description

On behalf of CODE WorldWide Ciklum is looking for Talent Assistant to join Dnipro team on a full-time basis.

Your Role:

Talent Assistant is responsible for supporting Talent Manager in providing full scope of HR service to the teams.

Responsibilities

Recruitment

Supporting Talent Manager in talent acquisition including:

  • Requirements clarification with the team
  • Candidates prescreening by CVs provided by recruitment agencies
  • Interview process management (arranging face-to-face interviews, collecting feedback after the interviews)
  • Candidates’ list management
  • Decision on candidates’ management
  • Employee list and org chart management

Onboarding

Supporting Talent Manager in:

  • Ensuring there is a workstation in place before newcomer starts
  • Ensuring there is onboarding plan prepared by the Manager
  • Sending Welcome email
  • Newcomer’s introduction to the team
  • 1-month catchup with a newcomer
  • Probation finalization management and ensuring:
    • feedback is collected
    • a skills matrix is filled and reviewed before the meeting (if applicable)
    • next objectives are prepared by the Manager

Performance Appraisals

Together with Talent Manager supporting performance management process:

  • Performance Appraisals planning and conduction on a half a year basis.
  • Ensuring that the Performance Appraisals take place and:
    • feedback is collected in advance
    • performance management documents are updated before the meeting
    • previous objectives are updated and reviewed before the meeting
    • next objectives are prepared by the Manager

Training and Development

Support Talent Manager in completing education plan, including:

  • Identifying workshops’ speakers and agreeing with their Managers to plan time for preparation.
  • Arranging workshop meetings
  • Collecting workshop training materials on confluence
  • Collecting workshop feedback (on request)

Culture

  • Congratulation of the team-members with their birthdays, marriage, childbirth and other.
  • Under Talent Manager’s supervision conduct SMART team-buildings for the team (on request)

 

Retention and exit

  • In case of exit:
    • Conduct exit talk with the team-member on his final day in CODE
    • Employee list management

Requirements

  • Advanced English or above
  • Previous experience in HR or Recruitment
  • Ability to handle multitasking efficiently
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • High level of responsibility
  • Experience in IT is a plus
  • Experience of working in distributed teams is a plus
