On behalf of Ciklum Client, Ciklum is looking for a Team Lead (Node.js) to join the our team on full-time basis.

About Client: 

Our Customer is a company that provides surveys via web platform for their customers worldwide.

Ciklum is building a team to work on various projects whose primary goal is to improve and automate the customer’s business processes, reducing time and effort required for various operations.


  • Building & Leading a team of experienced Full Stack and Front-End Engineers, providing guidance, and managing the entire production cycle
  • Leading by example and developing your team members – helping them to grow, adapt, take on more responsibilities and own their share of the product
  • Staying up-to-date with cutting-edge technologies
  • Responsible for team deliveries
  • Responsible (together with the team members) for the Infrastructure platform, its up-time, architecture & scale


  • Experience as a Team Lead with proven management experience (2+ years)
  • Experience in Back End software development Node.js (4+ years)
  • Knowledge of NoSQL and key-value DB’s (e.g MongoDB, Redis)
  • Profound experience with AWS
  • Big data experience
  • Knowledge of basic QA functionality
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum.
  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer science or relevant
  • Good English skills – Upper-Intermediate


  • Golang experience – a big advantage!
  • Aerospike experience – a big advantage!
