By integrating gaming principles and group dynamics via social networks, dacadoo motivates users to adopt healthier lifestyles.
dacadoo was founded in 2010 in Switzerland and currently employs 30 full time equivalents across the organization. dacadoo works with a on shore development team in Zurich and a near shore team in Kiev of 10 people.

On behalf of Dacadoo, Ciklum is looking for a User Engagement / Campaign Manager to join the Malaga team.

You will report directly to the Marketing Director based in Zurich, Switzerland and have the responsibility to design and implement/execute/launch user engagement campaigns to support dacadoo’s insurance and corporate health customers across the globe, as well as internally on the dacadoo reference application.


  • Suggest and create user engagement marketing campaigns for our B2B customers and our organization
  • Project managing all user engagement campaigns from beginning to end ensuring they meet the target objectives and within the set budget
  • Track, measure and analyze user engagement marketing campaigns insights and outcomes
  • Deliver regular reports of user engagement campaign results to Marketing Director and senior management to explain variances
  • Create & adjust user engagement strategy
  • Brief and oversee the work of internal and external agencies, such as designers, animators and printers, who will deliver much of the user engagement campaign activity
  • Write, edit and proofread marketing materials within engagement marketing campaigns
  • Working closely with the rest of the marketing team on campaigns and campaigns promotion material
  • A/B Testing campaigns to trial new ideas for effectiveness
  • Create and run engaging challenges on our reference application platform
  • Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, customers and relevant stakeholders (e.g. behavioral scientists) and acquire key knowledge and experience in this strategic field
  • Work to strict deadlines and OKR’s as defined in collaboration with the Marketing Director


  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or communication
  • Marketing or ad agency professional with 3-5 year’s working experience
  • Exceptional marketing campaign project management skills are essential
  • Passionate for marketing with strong presentation & communication skills
  • Have proven experience of managing B2B and B2C marketing engagement campaigns
  • The ability to successfully manage multiple user engagement campaigns running at the same time
  • Fluent in speaking and writing English and further languages considered as a plus
  • Customer-focused and service-based thinking
  • Team player with high level of flexibility, able to work under pressure
  • Willingness to travel
