On behalf of SimilarWeb, Ciklum is looking for a WordPress Engineer to join our Kyiv team on a full-time basis.

You will join our team of engineers who develop and maintain our company’s CMSs. We have several WordPress CMS that are incorporated into our website similarweb.com, and other products. In this role you will work alongside with client and server side developers and extend the current CMS according to our marketing department’s needs.

We are using several technologies and tools:

  • WordPress
  • React
  • Sass
  • Our own core CSS/JavaScript libraries

  • We are looking for an expert PHP/JavaScript developer with strong server-side skills

  • You should be able to create templates and plugins, use the internal WordPress API to support custom post types, configure admin screens, handle security and create SEO-oriented web pages
  • The world of web development is rapidly changing. To keep up with this pace we are looking for passionate web developers who are eager to learn and constantly improve their skills


  • 3+ years of experience in WordPress development
  • Understanding of MySQL
  • Understanding of HTML5/CSS3
  • English – fluent


  • Docker experience
  • Nomad experience
  • Redis, memcache
  • Knowledge of SEO
  • Prior experience with Gulp
