Ciklum is looking for an Account Manager to join our team full-time in Ukraine.

About the role:
As an Account Manager, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow. We’re searching for a charismatic and results-driven professional to support Ciklum’s clients in Europe, build trusted partnerships, and drive client satisfaction.
As an Account Manager, you will take ownership of your account/portfolio, ensuring overall growth, profitability, and seamless delivery in collaboration with delivery management and other supporting functions.
Responsibilities
Build strong, sustainable long-term relationships with clients in Europe, ensuring a deep operational understanding of their businesses, needs, and priorities to consistently exceed expectations
Maintain a strong focus on growth, identifying opportunities to expand client accounts and deliver added value through Ciklum’s services
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, collaborating closely with delivery, technical, and go-to-market teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment on all projects
Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of client accounts, including handling escalations, addressing challenges, and ensuring high-quality delivery within agreed timelines and budgets
Drive the growth of client accounts by proactively identifying and executing opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services that align with their business goals
Manage commercial and contractual discussions, ensuring pipeline quality in CRM and adherence to Ciklum’s sales processes
Take ownership of engagement risks, addressing issues promptly and working towards successful outcomes for both Ciklum and the client
Requirements
3+ years of hands-on experience in Account Management, Sales, Delivery, or Project Management within IT services, consulting, or technology solutions, working directly with international clients
Proven ability to manage account-level P&L, oversee contracts, invoicing, and commercial negotiations with a strong focus on financial outcomes
A results-driven mindset with exceptional communication skills, enabling the building of trust and long-lasting partnerships with clients across Europe
Demonstrated operational focus with the capability to identify growth opportunities, manage client escalations, and ensure successful outcomes in high-pressure environments
