Ciklum is looking for an Account Manager to join our team full-time in Canada.

About the role:

As an Account Manager, you will serve as the primary liaison between the Account Management team and Client’s operational teams, ensuring smooth communication, seamless reporting, and strategic collaboration. This role focuses on tracking advertiser performance, sharing insights, and optimizing account success through data-driven recommendations. The ideal candidate should have a strong digital marketing background, analytical expertise, and a proactive approach to improving advertiser engagement and campaign efficiency.

Responsibilities

 Performance Reporting & Analysis

  • Collect and analyze advertiser account performance data (Spend, CTR, CPA, ROAS, Impressions)
  • Generate and share automated reports and insights dashboards with the client
  • Identify trends, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities for advertiser accounts

Strategic Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as the critical link between client-side Account Managers and MediaMint’s operations teams
  • Attend weekly and ad-hoc meetings with the client to discuss advertiser performance and growth strategies
  • Share data-driven strategic recommendations to improve campaign success and engagement

Campaign Optimization & Execution

  • Work closely with internal teams to adjust budgets, optimize creatives, and enhance targeting strategies
  • Collaborate on automation initiatives to streamline campaign management
  • Ensure advertiser onboarding, engagement, and retention success through proactive interventions

Governance & Continuous Improvement

  • Lead weekly/monthly business reviews (WBRs) to present key insights and drive decision-making
  • Align with internal operations to ensure program-level OKRs (Objectives & Key Results) are met
  • Provide input on process enhancements, automation, and service improvements to optimize efficiency

Client Success & Support

  • Address advertiser queries with accurate, real-time insights from the client-side platform
  • Drive more CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) survey responses to assess and improve service quality
  • Execute pilot projects and new initiatives to test, evaluate, and scale innovative solutions

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or client services
  • Proven expertise in performance tracking, reporting automation, and digital campaign optimization
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel, Google Sheets, and BI dashboards for data analysis
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder interactions
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • Experience working cross-functionally between client services, operations, and strategy teams
  • Must be adaptable to rotational shifts for global support coverage
