Ciklum is looking for an Expert Business Analyst to join our team full-time in Gdansk.

About the role:

As an Expert Business Analyst, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of technical solutions that enhance customer engagement. This role offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive impactful results.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the product lifecycle, ensuring it aligns with business goals and customer needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate technical requirements into actionable plans
  • Partner with customers, sales, and product teams to plan strategies and create impactful features
  • Drive feature value creation across teams and integrations
  • Advocate for customers, integrating their feedback into product decisions
  • Shape product strategy, identifying market opportunities and differentiation
  • Contribute to roadmaps, incorporating input from stakeholders
  • Analyze product metrics for optimization opportunities
  • Communicate updates and project status transparently to stakeholders
  • Stay updated on industry trends and tech advancements to inform product direction

Requirements

  • Lead product lifecycle, leveraging 5+ years of technical product management experience
  • Proven ability to work with different groups of stakeholders along with experience in setting up stakeholder management approach
  • High proficiency in requirements documentation, its structure definition, and templates creation
  • Comprehensive experience in setting up Business Analysis processes and approaches (in elicitation, decomposition, modeling, documentation, traceability, prioritization, and change management)
  • Solid experience in UML and BPMN modeling (and ability to adjust modeling approach according to the project context)
  • Advanced knowledge of how to manage a solution roadmap and experience in its definition (or contribution, at least)
