About the role:

As  an Expert Full Stack Developer , become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow. Our client is a commercial real estate advisory and services firm, with almost 100 years history, part of most Powerful Brokerage Firms of the United States.

Responsibilities

  •  Work on complex engineering projects, from conception through to delivery, ensuring they are completed with high quality and innovative solutions
  • Demonstrate excellent knowledge and practical experience

      • Azure App Service
      • Azure Function Apps
      • Azure Topics + Queues
      • APIM
      • Service Bus
    • Backend
      • EntityFramework
      • NET Framework/Core
      • MVC
    • Frontend (is a plus)
      • Angular
      • JS/Typescript
    • SQL Server
  • Maintain communication via Teams and regular standups
  • Mentor Intermediate and Associate Engineers, fostering a culture of learning and growth within the team
  • Collaborate effectively with Engineering and Product teams to identify, troubleshoot, and solve technical problems
  • Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, systems, and technologies to enhance product development and team efficiency
  • Maintain open and effective communication, ensuring clarity of goals, roles, and technical requirements within the team and across the organization
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements, integrating new and creative solutions to maintain competitive advantage.

Requirements

  •  Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, 5+ years of relevant engineering experience, demonstrating a progression of technical complexity and leadership responsibilities
  • Proven track record of leading development projects with successful outcomes
  • • Strong foundational knowledge in software architecture, design patterns, and best coding practices
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with an ability to tackle challenges with innovative solutions
  • Exemplary communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to diverse audiences
  • Demonstrated commitment to personal and professional growth, with a history of collaboration that drives business outcomes
