About the role:

As a Head of KCY Enterprise Architecture, you will play a critical role in leading strategic projects, ensuring architectural consistency across geographies, and driving governance and coordination across business units and support areas. This is a high-impact leadership position, requiring strong collaboration with SCIB leadership, global architecture teams, and key stakeholders in regulatory, operations, and compliance domains.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and review of new KCY projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with global architecture and business impact
  • Coordinate efforts across multiple geographies and asset classes to deliver scalable and reusable solutions
  • Provide architectural governance across functional, technical, cloud, cybersecurity, and API integration layers
  • Influence senior stakeholders, prioritize competing demands, and deliver results under tight deadlines
  • Engage with support teams (regulatory, compliance, operations) to ensure end-to-end alignment

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Treasury and Markets, with a strong background in leading global, cross-functional strategic initiatives
  • Proven knowledge of KCY processes, regulatory requirements, and end-to-end workflow implementation across departments and geographies
  • Solid understanding of data management in the KCY domain and experience with Agile methodologies
  • Strong consulting-style skill set: analytical thinking, problem-solving, strategic planning, and stakeholder management
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field (MBA or Master’s in Finance is a plus)

  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish
  • Organized, proactive, and goal-oriented
  • Comfortable working under pressure and leading high-level strategic initiatives
