Ciklum is looking for a Head of Talent Fulfillment to drive our recruitment and talent deployment strategy in India.

About the role:

This role will focus on scaling recruitment efforts, optimizing internal talent deployment, and aligning our global talent strategy with market needs. As a key leader, you will collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure efficient, high-quality hiring and workforce management.

Responsibilities

  • Build, lead, and mentor the Indian Talent Fulfillment team in Chennai and Pune, ensuring a high-performance culture
  • Adapt and implement Ciklum’s global recruitment strategy to meet the specific demands of the Indian talent market
  • Act as the key interface between talent fulfillment, delivery management, HR, engineering, employer branding, and external vendors
  • Develop and implement hiring and marketing strategies to attract top-tier talent, manage budgets, vendor relationships, and referral programs
  • Track and enhance key hiring metrics, including time to hire, time to deploy, recruitment costs, talent quality, and efficiency
  • Manage bench policies, aging talent monitoring, and proactive redeployment strategies to maximize workforce utilization
  • Identify and drive initiatives to enhance recruitment effectiveness, reduce costs, and improve hiring speed and quality
  • Ensure adoption of recruitment and talent deployment processes, adhering to global policies and market best practices
  • Mentor and guide teams to foster engagement, productivity, and career growth
  • Contribute to global projects related to change management, process improvements, and strategic workforce initiatives

Requirements

  • 10-15 years of experience in technical recruitment, with a minimum of 3-4 years in a leadership role
  • Proven expertise in talent acquisition and workforce planning within the digital product engineering space (strongly preferred)
  • Deep understanding of India’s IT labor market dynamics and recruitment best practices
  • Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management, strategic planning, and data- driven decision-making
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in performance tracking, analytics, and process optimization
  • Ability to drive change, enhance operational efficiency, and foster innovation
  • High customer-centric mindset, with a focus on delivering quality talent solutions
